Al Duhail Head Coach Hernan Crespo expressed his confidence in players to perform well in the coming match versus Al Shamal. The Coach said in the pre-match press conference held at 3 pm yesterday in the Club press conference hall: We prepared for this match as usual while our focus is on our performance on the field of play. We are aware it won’t be an easy game, but I am glad with the return of all our players who were missing due to injuries.

Crespo added: We have to cope with everything and prepare for all the changes that may occur in the competition schedule, and I was not happy with the postponement of our match versus Al Sadd because it is one of the classic matches that I like to play, but now we are facing a new challenge in order to regain the lead.

Crespo continued: In the next round, we will face Al Shamal, while the leaders Al Arabi will confront Al Sadd, and we will be eager to know the result of this match, to know whether Al Sadd will return as title contenders, or Al Arabi will continue to lead, but the most important thing is that we succeed in achieving victory over the Al Shamal team, hoping that our match will go smoothly. We have to demonstrate the strength of Al Duhail as one of the best Clubs in the league.

Crespo concluded: I am facing great difficulties in selecting the formation in which to play the match due to the quality of the players and the high level of the league, and we must choose the best and most prepared in each match, and despite the difficulty of this matter, it is very good and reflects the extent of the distinguished players of our team.
