AL Duhail Head Coach Hernan Crespo assured that Al Duhail are still the favorits to win the league title despite the recent defeat to Al Gharafa. The coach said in the pre-match press conference held at 08:30 pm yesterday in the Club’s press conference hall: We are facing a big team with good coach. We have played against them on several occasions this season in the league, Ooredoo Cup and AFC Champions League. We know how tough the game will be simply because each team knows the opponent well.

Crespo said: We are ready for this game and we have the superiority to return to the lead. The league title is in our hands despite the bad moments we are facing recently especially after losing to Al Gharafa, though we were the better team throughout the game. However this defeat won’t be an obstacle in front of us and things will be different versus Al Rayyan.

Crespo continued: We missing a player with solutions and skills in view of the absence of Edmilson, Sultan Al Brake and Abdulrahman Mohamed due to to injury as well as Nam Tae Hee of course. Nevertheless such absences have been in our tail since the beginning of the season and our team owns the best quality players who will do their very best to win the league title.
