Al Duhail Player Asim Madibo expressed his faith in his teammates ability present big game versus Umm Salal next Saturday evening. Madibo said in the pre-match press conference: We will be playing versus Umm Salal in the coming round of the league. Umm Salal is an evolving team which succeeded in presenting good performance recently especially in the Ooredoo Cup Final. In order to win this coming game we must minimise our mistakes on the field and follow the instructions of the technical staff. We are seeking to increase the points difference away from the clubs behind us.

Commenting on his constant absence, he said: It is due to injuries and sometimes I rush into returning before full recovery which makes me get injured again. There is also the variety of training sessions and exercises with the club and the national team as well as the psychological aspect and exhaustion playing constantly during the previous period. However I am fine now and suffering no injuries.

Madibo added: We as Al Duhail players are perfectly aware of the responsibility on our shoulders. We are looking to regain the league title and end the season in a good manner despite all the difficulties. We are still fighting hard and all our focus is on the remaining games during which we will put our highest efforts to please our fans.
