With crowning of the Japanese side Urawa Red Diamonds champions of the AFC Champions League, Al Duhail Belgian winger Edmilson Da Silva became officially the top goal scorer of this ACL version after scoring 8 goals for our team in the group stage.

Noting that Edmilson has contributed heavily in granting Al Duhail the top spot of Group D over Al Taawon (KSA), Sapahan (Iran), and Pakhtakor (Uzbekistan).
