Al Duhail handball team suffered their second defeat in the group stage after losing to Iran’s Mes Kerman 27-26 in the final match of Group B.

The loss relegated Al Duhail to third place in Group B, where they will await the runners-up from Group A in the quarterfinal. Al Duhail points tally remained at 4, while Mes Kerman secured a spot in the quarterfinal as runners-up in Group B.

It’s worth noting that Al Duhail won two matches versus Oman’s Ahli Sidab and Kuwait’s Kazma, but lost to Saudi Arabia’s Al-Khaleej and Iran’s Mes Kerman during the group stage of the 27th Asian Club Handball Championship.
