The technical staff of the Qatar national football team, led by Marquez Lopez, has announced the list of players who will be called up for the upcoming matches versus Uzbekistan and the United Arab Emirates within the 2026 FIFS World Cup qualifiers.

The list included 7 players from Al Duhail, namely Al Moez Ali, Bassam Al Rawi, Humam Al Amin, Sultan Al Brake, Salah Zakaria (goalkeeper), Edmilson Junior, and Ismail Mohamed.

The Qatari national team is set to host the Uzbek national team in matchday 5 of the third round of the Asian qualifiers for the 2026 FIFA World Cup on Thursday 14 November 2024, before visiting th3 UAE national team on Tuesday 19 November 2024, in matchday 6.
