Adnan Al-Ali, the executive director of the club, congratulated His Excellency Sheikh Khalifa bin Hamad Al-Thani, the club’s president, and Mr. Khalifa Khamis Al-Sulaiti, vice-president of the club, the team’s players, the technical and administrative staff, and all the club’s affiliates and fans, for winning the Emir’s Cup title against Al-Gharafa team this evening. Al-Ali said in A statement to the club’s official website:

“We thank God for the victory today and the fourth title for us with the Emir Cup, which was well earned after the team played well in the championship. Not only did the team win in the matches, but also presented distinguished performances, harmony, high morale and determination, which was the highlight of the team’s journey in its last matches. After the players regained their full focus, which we hope will continue in our last tournament before the end of the season, which is the Asian Champions League, that will start next month.”

Al-Ali said: “This victory did not come out of nowhere, but rather from a great effort made by everyone within the club. Each person performed their role, and thankfully, we succeeded in crowning these efforts by achieving the title of the most important tournament to compensate our fans for the loss of the league, and God willing, the team will continue its distinguished level in the upcoming competitions.”
