Ahmed Al-Shaabi, President of the Handball Federation and members of the Board of Directors of the Federation crowned our team the champion of the Handball League for the 2021/22 sports season for the second time in a row and the fourth time in its history, during the last round of the competition this evening.

The team achieved an important victory in the last round this evening against Al Arabi team, 35 to 27, after a strong match in which our players demonstrated their technical skills, leading with 48 points. Al Wakrah came second with 45 points, and Al Rayyan came third with 44 points. Al Arabi ranked fourth with 43 points.

‏The team won its first title in the 2012-2013 season under the name (Lekhwiya), and achieved its second title in the 2017-2018 season under the name Al-Duhail, and achieved its third title last season.
