Our first team of football maintained their top spot in the league table following the most crucial win over Al Wakra in Round 12 fixture of the QNB Stars League played in Saoud bin Abdelrahman Stadium at 04:35 pm to reach 26 points.

Our team managed to take the lead early into the first half at the 3rd minute from a goal scored by the team defender Youssef Ayman from a header after the cross sent to him inside the penalty area from player Khaled Mohamed.

The second half was very exciting from both sides, where Al Wakra was seeking to equalize while Al Duhail was searching for the second securing goal. With many goal scoring opportunities missed by both team until the referee’s whistle to end the match.
