Al Duhail kept their top spot on the league table as well as the points difference away from Al Arabi following the much crucial win over Al Ahli by two goals to one in the Round 13 match of the QNB Stars League played today in Abdullah bin Khalifa Stadium and kicked off at 7 pm. With this result, Al Duhail reached 29 points.

The match commenced with obvious dominance by our team as our players spread all over the pitch with an early offense seeking the first goal which was scored at the 21st minute by Player Khaled Mohamed from a strong shot outside the penalty area.

At the 44th minute, our player Sultan Al Brake scored the second goal to end the first half with Al Duhail leading by two goals.

The second half witnessed more excitement after Al Ahli scored their only goal at the 53rd minute by Player Abubakar Bayoumy. Al Duhail put more offensive attempts looking for the third goal until the referee whistled the end of the match.
