Al Duhail Head Coach Hernan Crespo assured that the match versus Umm Salal will be tough. The coach said in the pre-match press conference held yesterday at 06:30 pm in the Club’s press conference hall: Yet another match which result depends on us because we are the favourites to win it. We are facing a team previously played against them in the League and Ooredoo Cup final… that’s why we need to work hard to achieve victory. We should respect them because they are playing against us with high fighting spirit looking to escape the relegation zone.

Crespo added: We are on top of the league table with two points, which is a good thing. All the players and I are looking to win all the remaining 9 points in the league. We have struggled and fought hard throughout the season despite the difficulties we faced. We are aware that the coming games won’t be easy, with two teams struggling to avoid relegation and one more game versus Al Sadd.

Crespo continued: Al Duhail didn’t stop engaging in games since the beginning of the season with the participation in all competitions and we succeeded in winning both Ooredoo Cup and Qatar Cup titles, we are leading the league standing and knocked-out the Amir Cup by penalties, never to mention our distinguishedcampaignin AFC Champions League… so we have presented a very good season so far, and the players demonstrated high levels of performance despite the injuries that affected us.
