Al Duhail Sports Club announces that the club’s Ordinary General Assembly meeting will be held on Thursday 31/08/2023 at 05:30 pm in the Al Duhail Sports Club headquarters, to discuss the following topics on the agenda:

– Approving the minutes of the previous meeting held on 31/08/2022.

• Discussing the president’s report on the club’s activities in the past year as well as the work program and plan for the new year.
• Approving the final account statement for the fiscal year (2022/2023) ending on 31/05/2023 and approving the draft budget for the next year (2023/2024).
• Discussing the auditor’s report and appointing the auditor for the next fiscal year.
• Approval of the club’s strategic plan presented by the president.

Notes:

• Members who have the right to attend the Ordinary General Assembly are the founding members, as well as the working members of the club and those who have paid the annual subscription fees.

– The deadline for subscription payment in order to attend the meeting of the said General Assembly is by the end of the official working hours of the club on Thursday 24/08/2023
