Al Duhail Head Coach Hernan Crespo assured that the team preparations for Al Markhiya is on as usual and the Coach said in the pre-match press conference held at 5 pm in the Club’s press conference hall: We have commenced the preparation while missing ghe efforts of a number of players due to injury.

He added: We will enter this game all focus on Regaining Victories, which we missed in the previous three games… tie versus Al Arabi in the last minute and losing to Al Gharafa in the final moments as well. We also tied versus Istiklol in the AFC Champions League. We are currently focusing on the players’ recoveries despite the difficulties we are facing, but the players are only thinking about victories.

The coach continued: Despite the match pressure, however, we are preparing the players step by step. Now we are thinking about the league fixture, and then we will commence preparations for the AfC Champions league game. We don’t have many options as the team is missing Boudiaf, Luiz, Coutinho, Semedo, and Diallo. This is similar to last season, but it is more difficult now.

The coach concluded by renewing faith in his players and said: I trust that my players will be present as usual, rendering their best efforts on the field to win.
