Tomorrow, Monday, 26 August 2024, at 07:00 PM, the Annual Ordinary General Assembly Meeting of Al Duhail Sports Club will be held at the club headquarters.

The agenda for the meeting includes the following:

1. Approval of the minutes of the previous Annual Ordinary General Assembly Meeting held on 31 August 2023.
2. Discussion of the President’s report on the club activities for the fiscal year 2023-2024.
3. Approval of the final accounts for the fiscal year 2023-2024 ending on 31 May 2024, and approval of the proposed budget for the next fiscal year 2024-2025.
4. Discussion of the auditor’s report, appointment of an auditor, and determination of their fees for one year.
5. Election of the President and Vice President for the electoral term 2024-2028.
6. Establishment of the Membership and Elections Affairs Committee.
7. Approval of the club strategic plan.
8. Consideration of matters submitted by members or those that the President deems fit to present to the General Assembly.

Membership Eligibility:

• Members entitled to attend the General Assembly are founding members, working members who have paid their annual fees, and those whose working membership has been active for at least six months prior to the date of the General Assembly.
• Attendance: Members must sign the attendance sheet one hour before the scheduled time. Proxy attendance is not permitted. Members must present their ID or membership card.
